Sounds like too much hassle to me. I've been using the quick and easy listed above, flushing them out. I use a different hypo though as the one that comes with that adapter is cheeseball. One caveat is that I've added a new first step using a 3ml syringe with the sharp on it. I take the 3ml, fill it with water and inject a few times down in the bottom of the batting. This flushes any juice that was in the bottom out, then use the adapter and push/pull method. Give them a couple slings, blow through the threaded end and set upside down by the sink. Next day, after work, they're ready for refilling. No after taste of a previous flavor yet....

Not sure it this is simply enough or not for you rob....

Vapor4life Tips, Tricks & Fixes for Cartomizers - YouTube (4:48 mark)

I always admire the vape and tossers...I do the same with my clothes and dishes...use them once and toss them in the garbage. Nothing like new dishes and clothes!

Once you add shipping the average Carto runs around $3.00...2-3 Cartos a day at that rate is more expensive than a pack-a-day habit of analogs. I generally get 30 1 ml uses out of a Carto which brings my cost of 3 cartos a day to $ .30 or $ .10 cents per Carto.

I do thank the vape and tossers, they keep sales volumes high which in turn keeps my prices low.

There is another way also that I find quite easy to do, especially since I have limited abilities to manipulate cartomizers and make sure they are clean . . . One of the best things, is I find that it is even easier to use, when I am cleaning a number of cartomizers at one time . . . Also, it can be used to refill your cortomizers too . . .

What you might find even more interesting thing is that it comes from one of our own ECF members "Vapian" . . .

It is called the: Cartomizerfillinator / Cartomizercleaninator V2 . . .

In his thread, he discusses they way you can build you own and you can see it here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...0782-cartomizerfillinator-22.html#post4257535, and/or learn how to possibly get one form him . . .

He also has a number of videos in the thread explaining the development and use . . .

Hope this information helps . . . :)

I always admire the subtly passive-aggressive. ;)

Dishes and clothes are a bad comparison to cartomizers, they can last as long as you want them to; cartomizers are disposable.

I don't know of anyone who would only vape the 1ml out of a carto and toss it, they're made to be refilled. Most people get 20+ fills before they toss them.

I think the fair comparison would be; some people roll the tobacco from cigarette butts to squeeze every last grain of tobacco out of their purchase, and some people don't.

i just see cleaning them, not only as squeezing out a few more dollars a month, but also just simply as part of the hobby. as long as it's not a ridiculous process i believe i'll actually get some enjoyment out of it :)

To each his own, bud! Filling cartos was even becoming a pain for me, that's why I picked up a revolution2. I fill the carto on a Sunday, squeeze to top up, and refill the bottle twice a week.

I have 4 boys, 3 jobs, 2 dogs, a girlfriend and an ex-wife. Cutting into my me time by messing around with cleaning cartos is not an option lol.
