you can torch it back to white if you remove it from the plastic/orings. it literally looks like new after you hit it with a torch for about 10 seconds

That's a good idea or just buy a cheap pack of clearomizers and steal the cups out of them and bam new ceramic cup for about 2 bucks...

With the hard time I had getting the small o ring on I am never taking it off. I do soak mine in vodka and clean with a toothb rush every week or so.

I'll have to try the torch trick on mine. I've modified my ceramic to use the XC-116 wick.

Now o-rings are different fright. If you buy the new ones you will not have this issue any more

Thanks Imeo, you reminded me that Bruce sent me some of these- just took out the ceramic to clean it
and put in the new o-rings. Putting the ceramic in was indeed much easier this time!

I take mine out and torch it. since I've dry burned the crap out of my iAtty when I first got it, the Orings are fused into place, and the cup just slips in and out perfectly somehow that worked entirely in my favor!

Put mine in a film cannister w/household ammonia and turned it on for 5 minutes.....from gunk to snow white.

I torch mine clean because I modify them for xc-116 and mesh wicks. It's cheap enough to recycle them from ce2 attys for sure, but it saves me a bunch of time to just torch it clean and you can do this many many times too
