I found a few threads on cleaning but they were all geared toward rebuildables. For those of you who bother to clean your disposables, what's your preferred method? I've tried rinsing with hot water and rinsing with vodka; I think the latter might be working a little better but I wonder how it might be affecting the taste of the juice. Obviously, I don't wanna engage in some involved procedure to clean a clearo that only costs 2-4 bucks; I just wanna rinse a couple of times and let it dry. Whattaya think?

I have a few that I have used for 2 months now, I use Vodka first, shake it real good, dump it, add a bit more shake it until it's clear, dump it do the same with very warm water about 4 times, dump it, shake as much out as I can the carefully dry burn until I am able to see the coil light up and stop smoking, let it cool off, then add the cap back into it and then use it as normally, takes about 5 - 10 minutes tops.

What exactly are you considering disposable - the coil on an EVOD or T3, or something like a "Nano" where you literally throw out the whole clearo when it dies?

For the ones with replaceable coil heads - like and EVOD or even a ProTank, I just wash, dry and go.
I HAVE done a vodka soak. And I think ONCE I did the "dry burn" - but I have been finding they totally crap out on me before they get to the point where they're "gunked up" and need that to perform better...

I was using the Vision Nano for a while - which is truly disposable. And I had VERY little luck cleaning - something like 50% of them didn't survive a strong rinse out...

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but I buy disposable clearos from fasttech each month to use for smaller juice samples:

$2.48 CE5 Electronic Cigarettes Round Mouth Atomizer - with scale indication at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I have tried to clean them in vodka and found that it breaks up the glue that holds these things together, which makes about half of them leak. So, I started just using very hot water, but it doesn't clean off the flavor of a juice as well as the vodka does. And even doing this I find that about 25% don't work after I try cleaning them. They are truly disposable. After I soaked them in vodka, I then let them soak in warm water for about a half hour. So, that seems to take any remaining alcohol off - I don't taste it in my juices when I refill them.
