Ah yes, the current doesn't need to pass through the whole body, the upper part is not necessary to close the circuit. Thanks.

Hi Imeo.So,I bought the 'white gas' you said I should use to clean my GGTS.White gas is fuel for camping stoves,yes? After I clean the GG with the gas,should I then clean it with soap and warm water,or is it fine to put back together and use right after cleaning with the gas?I will be waiting for your advice.BTW,I bought your GGTS adapter/connector and it is a beautiful piece of work.Thanks for your help in advance.

I want to tell you something more about GGTS cleaning. Dont forget to wipe many times the sanded pieces. That way they will come smooth and shiny again

What size/grit sandpaper do you use? And do you only use it on the brass parts?

Only on contacts sub. And I use as thin as I can find. Now I use a 1500 one
