I decided to give my VVN one more go around. I want to clean the heads I already have, but for reasons I shall not elaborate on, there can be no vodka in the house. Period. At all. For any reason. Read between the lines.

So, what should I use instead of vodka? Please don't suggest PGA. For same reasons.

Can I use rubbing alcohol? What's a good alternative?

Thanks, in advance.

Hot water in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for 15 minutes and then a GENTLE brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush over the coil. Rinse, pat dry and then a quick dry burn. I usually prep new heads by removing the paper sleeve inside the head- reduces burned taste. Clip the paper into pieces with precision scissors and then wiggle out the pieces with tweezers.
Seems like a lot of work, but I have a fleet of Novas and they all vape like champs.

I don't believe it:confused:Clearomizers?
But i think you can make this work.
Water is my first choice, then what you can't use. I would try vinegar before rubbing alcohol.
Good luck Rocketpunk

I am in the same boat and use water on my clearomisers. I have started to use cartomisers some and got a baby food jar with some vodka in it and believe me after you clean 3-4 of them in it you want to toss it. I am still not liking that idea though. I think I am going to get some 0 nic plain VG and run that through them (Cartomisers)to clean them out. Pm me if you want I alway like to hear from Like friends.
