after the wicks soak up juice and you're nearly empty, can you clean the wicks with soap and water or just water, replace and use a different flavor juice?

just rinse it off with water and either leave it to dry overnight, or do your best to dry up the wics and everything else before filling and putting back together. Taking a hit of steam after cleaning your atomizer head isn't a very tasty thing to do.

I wouldn't use soap!
Hot water will do if it's a light juice, a vodka soak of one hour and hot water rinse if they are heavily gunked up should do it

No soap you don't want to breathe that stuff in. Hot water is good just make sure that you let it dry really well like a day before you use it again
