NOOB QUESTION: Weird taste after cleaning vivi nova?

As far as I can tell and from what I've seen on you tube it's perfectly fine to run water through the tube and coil as long as you dry it well, I wouldn't worry about submerging the whole thing. I cleaned mine this morning in a hurry this way, dried everything, put it back together and blew through it with no juice until it was dry. I filled it 10 min later, let the wicks absorb liquid for about 10 min. I could taste moisture for about 5 drags but it was good to go after that. Can't say what exactly is wrong and you might have a stronger lingering juice than I did but hope that helps, good luck!
