Ok. So what would you recommend when cleaning an iclear 16 with all those wicks, between flavors? Wash in warm water and dry burn? Or can I just refill and vape if I am going with a similar flavor? This is my first tank with top side wicks.

I tried to search this out but got a bunch of different returns that didn't help, so thanks in advance for helping.

You don't have to dry burn every time you clean, unless you wait for the coils to get gunked up between cleanings.

If you don't want two flavors to mix and the coils are in good shape, just a thorough rinsing (with some of the water going straight on the coils) will work. I you don't mind one flavor slowly working it's way to another flavor, just throw the new juice in (that's what I do with similar flavors) but be aware, continuing to do this will almost guarantee you will have to dry burn sooner or later. (I'm pretty sure this paragraph actually answers your question)

There is only one reason I've seen where grain alcohol is NEEDED. Something is deep in those wicks that you don't want. This could be a really strong flavor or the residue from a gunked up coil bled into it. Alcohol will help break up the crud on a coil and reduce dry burn time, but it isn't completely necessary.

One important thing that has been mentioned in this thread but not emphasized, the repeat step. If your heads are really bad off in need of cleaning, you should repeat the cleaning steps until, after a rinse, the coil is silver and the wick is white in appearance.
