Silent MOP at HC (Minimum order price)

Here comes so strange paradox which is not polite to the all customers.

Firstly, all we come with understanding about slow air mail due to such congress - ok, we understand but China airmail never was fast, but it's works ?
Second, the congress was met and gone but the situation is the same even worst!
Third, we in Europe tried almost 20 days to make few orders. Every time we cant complete, cant go through first step in order (delivery method) never ever!
Few tickets, few answers - We are sorry, but cant understand our customers. At last couple of screenshots helped Helpdesk to understand. Did anyone looks what happens anytime on e-shop? Just curious...
Fourth, The answer of all tickets was Use DHL please. Ok, if it's only way...but small orders becomes inefficient. So group of int.vapers become in coop to make a couple big orders.
Again problem as fees for DHL are bigger as bigger and weightier are passels! The obvious exit is orders at minimum price and weight.
(So many frustrations for the customers, isn't it ?)
Fifth - But AGAIN we cant make orders to the finish "Complete order" button. Instead all we see big blue "Free shipping on orders over $249.99 USD" and alot of discounts for TGD.
Some of pals in coop starting to be nervous and accusatory!
Sixth: Started conversation with NewSunshine on skype. So far, so good, again few misunderstoods and some correct advises and at the end......
Finish line: All of us customers must make AT MINIMUM orders for 250$ to GAIN option for DHL delivery. And we have ADVANTAGE to not receive free slow air mail delivery but fast and not free DHL with depend price according weight.
As you can see at the DHL site and their price calculator, shipping from CH to BG of 1.5kg parsel can go up to $130+ !!!

So far we (around 10 vapers) will stop using HC because it's become obvious for the children - we are observe MOQ or MOP (minimum order price) for a lot of money.
IF IT'S so be honest and write this new rules on first page! Don't make stupid statements like "Free ship over 250$"


PS:If this long-time-prepared-order will have delivery bigger than 20-30$ we will return it and make a dispute with Paypall for refund! This is undoubtedly!

Hi there, correct me if I'm wrong but hc actually states that they provide free dhl / ems shipping to orders above 250. In one of their threads, they told people to click on the free shipping button when checking out if your order is 250 and above.

But you must agree, that we could don't need to order items above 250$ ?
And no, above 205$ is free delivery with AirMail ONLY.
With ESM and DHL there is difference and you must pay it.

you dont have to pay extra fee for DHL or EMS Shipping.. . As long as your total order is $250 its for FREE!
i placed an order for over a $100 (+14 for shipping fee via EMS) 2 days ago and while my item is still in process i red "jack's" concern about his rejected item (via EMS) i logged a ticket at helpdesk requesting to have my item deliver via DHL and they agreed and i didnt pay any extra amount .. .

We are very sorry to read your post here. I think, there is some misunderstanding about us.

First, we love all orders and all customers, no matter who are from USA or Bulgaria.

Second, We stop china airmail to all countries including USA and Bulgaria now, because airmail is very very slow now. you are right that congress is over. but the airmail is not back to normal because many packages via china airmail during the meeting were greatly delayed by the congress, which led to a big backlog at post office and customs and airport. It takes them a few weeks to clear backlog.

Third, We still get some airmail ordres returned by our customs because of liquid or batteries in recent weeks.

Badly, orders are out of our control when they leave our warehouse. We can not help but keep saying sorry to those customers who have been waiting for their china airmail orders over 4 weeks or longer. We hate to let customers down. We hope to bring them nice surprises. So we do drop down the DHL shipping prices and send many orders with DHL free shipping to some certain countries. We tried our best to provide the best service including the deliverying service.

We want to get airmail back always, but we can not do that until we are sure that airmail gets back to normal. We do not want to risk all customers money, time and our brand.

We plan to get airmail back in 2013. Sorry. I can not tell you the exact time now. we will post a thread there in advance once we make our decision.

Please believe that we do keep you and many people like you in our mind. We do understanding the frustrating feeling when you spend time choosing and adding interesting products to cart but find no shipping method available at checkout at last. (I did have the same experience when i tried to shop at a USA eshop. They did not offer shipping to China then.)

Also please understand us that we want to only offer the best to all customers. now airmail can not do that.

When they can do that, we will renew airmail.

May be this is your case!
You cant convince me couse in our case we must pay extra. For 297$ order ~10% additional. And I think that is 10% because this was my condition to receive the order.

So far so good, as I wrote we all understand problems, understand slow delivery and we make orders with this accepted conditions, right ?
But for us, the main reason for frustration is MOP!
How can I make an order for 100$ because this is what need, other items are just "fill up" to move above 250$ limit.
In other case - not an option for delivery "sorry".
This is not a way to love all your customers.
