I'm 2 months into vaping. (No cigs in 2 months) I'd like to know if the CE4 type clearomizer with the sping loaded post would be bad to use with my MVP 2.0. I'm worried about the spring loaded connecting post pushing into the connecter on the battery. Will it degrade preformance of the battery over time?

Sorry if I'm not using the correct terminology like I said I'm new to vaping. Any help is appreciated.

Hi and welcome!

It shouldn't be a problem. The spring isn't nearly as strong as the connection on the MVP. The spring loaded type were my favorite to use on my Twists, which are still performing well after 2+ years. The MVP is a much more sturdy device than a Twist. Besides, I have a feeling you'll be ditching the CE4s fairly soon, as there are much better clearos/glassos on the market.

You'll have no problem using a CE 4 on an mvp. I own a couple and it will work fine.

Check out the MVP owners group down in the Variable Voltage sub-forum. A bunch of
good folks and tons of information on this Magic Box.

Welcome to the forums and the MVP club. Heres your sign :) . . .

You might want to give another type of atomizer a try. I don't think it would hurt the unit ( could be wrong,) but I think you will have a much better vape experience with a different atomizer on the mvp2 _ unit. Didn't the mvp2 come with a iclear atomizer? When I used the mvp2 my unit came with a iclear. If not you can buy them fairly cheaply. Also a protank might be a better choice as well. When I was using my mvp2 I've never tried the ce4 on it.the 510 connection of the mvp2 WILL accept ANY 510 connective aromizer. However you will get a MUCH better experience if you go with a larger atomizer. There are so many to choose from. Also I'm my opinion, a bottom fed atomizer like the protank or I clear, will also give you a bit of a better experience. You can also use something like the nautilus tank.any of these other tanks will give you a much better experience and vape than the ce4 in my opinion. Of course you can use what you l8ke, I just think you will have a much better experience with the mvp2 using a different atomizer. The larger tanks do well with the mvp2. The mvp2 is a great unit and I think you will enjoy it so much more with a better larger atomizer. I really hope this is helpful. I wish you the best. I hope you don't mind me making these suggestions. Good luck on your vaping journey.

First off thanks for all the feedback so far.
My mvp did come with the iclear 30 which I really enjoy. My only complaint is the airflow. It's harder to pull on. I don't have it screwed on tight at all. It's not loose but also not super tight. (Insert funny comment here) I live in a small town and there's not a true vape shop here or very close by. There's justa tobacco shop that has a small vape section. That's were I got all my vape stuff up until the mvp. I think I'll check out the pro tanks for sale online. Do they have a bit more airflow than the iclear 30?
