Welcome to ECF!

There are just to many factors to suggest anything without knowing more about what kind of vape you are looking for.

Some clearomizers like the Atlantis, Delta II or Subtank can handle 20 to 30 watts comfortably (some people push them higher). Only the Horizon Arctic tank is claimed to handle up to 100 watts. Clearomizers can get a little expensive buying new coils unless you start rebuilding them.

Some Rebuildable Tank Atomizers like the Goblin, Billow, Silverplay or Orchid can handle 40+ watts if built right.

If you want to push the limits and go over 100 watts than I would suggest a Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer. The list is endless so just research here and youtube when you find one that looks interesting.

I strongly suggest you read as much as possible on battery safety, Ohms law and building techniques.
