i've heard the pros and cons of the 4081, and agree with pretty much all of them. that being said, i still have three functioning 4081 auto batts and am trying my best not to waste them while i await my mod which is on the way. i've been using blank cartos from azsmokefree and they've been working thus far. the only reason i was thinking of doing a clearomizer is so that visually making it easier on myself in regards to juice level. has anyone ever gotten the adapter and done it? if so do you suggest a particular brand? my only concern is that i'll be spending more money on clearomizers, when i could stick with the yellow tip cartos i'm getting for 6 bucks for 5...probably a stupid post but hey i'm new to this lol. thanks for taking the time to read this!

the clearomizers have a 510 thread- and won't fit a 4081 battery. I've found adapters to put 4081 cartos on other bats, but haven't found an adapter that will allow cartomizers with other thread types fit the 4081.

If you can find the right adaptor it should work. Goodprophets is a good place for in-expensive adaptors. How long until your mod arrives? What mod do you buy? Somthing you can use the clearomizers on after it arrives? I love to try new things but if you'er not going to use them after your mod arrives, it might be a waste. If you think you will, go for it. 
azsmokefree offers a 510 adapter to a 4081 battery. i ordered a monkeyboxx and it should be ready in about two weeks. clearomizers i've heard crack but i keep messing up with my drip method on my cartos. being a noob isn't fun sometimes ; ) but slowly i'm getting the hang of it. thanks for the input guys i really appreciate it : )
