Well after having used clearomizers for about a month I have some new advice for everyone. I would suggest everyone buy a box of clearomizers, then buy the stainless steel cartomizers after that.
The clearomizer was great starting off. However after a couple weeks you realize a couple of problems. The first one being the flimsy plastic. The second being feeding problems. (ie burnt tasting)
The plastic on the clearomizer is not very thick and also has a pretty flimsy seal. So It can crack really easily and can also be easily separated from the base. I had it happen once when my pv tipped over and the clearomizer landed on a book and my pv missed the book. Big mess every where. I also don't really trust them in my pocket. Wouldn't want 2ml of
ejuice in my pocket!!!
The second problem is that the clearomizer doesn't soak up ejuice fast enough when you are using a beast like the chuck. So if you feel up for a little modding I would suggest checking out the PTB mod. (Pyramid Tea Bag.) I've attached a really good youtube video on how to do this mod. I would highly suggest trying it out atleast once! I never get any burnt taste from my cartomizers now.

What I would suggest doing after experimenting with your first box of clearomizers is get a couple packs of the royal smokers ce2 stainless steel cartomizers. They are virtually bullet proof! Very solid construction, no leaking, and the same guts as a clearomizer. Its a bit more of a challenge to do the PTB mod on them, but its well worth and after a couple times you get really good at it. I am now happily vaping away and have no problems with them at all!
Hope this helps! happy vaping!
