Who in their right mind would live in clearwater, why just the other day sitting in johns pass we were talking about clearwater. And thinking they need to move it further away from madeira beach somehow.

we found a condo to buy here. id be at the beach if i could have found a place i could afford.
The trick with the beach is keep yours eyes open and sooner or later a deal pops up.
