I'm a new Cleito user myself. My original clapton coil lasted about 2 weeks with frequent juice changes. Then I replaced with their SS316 coil and I'm on day 8 with it. I don't have any leakage problem. Are you tightening the coil down too much, maybe?
when you install the coil into the base. Someone mentioned in another thread that if you screw it down too tight, it'll squish the o-ring and cause leaking out of the air holes.
Is oils easily get 2-3 weeks out of my cleito coils. One of my favorite tanks besides the crown!
I had a massive problem with leaking from the airflow when I first got mine. I did some research and none of the remedies online helped in my case so I went to Aspire and the guy I talked to said to fill it up, tighten it until you start feeling some resistance, take a few drags, tighten it once or twice more, take a few more drags, and repeat until it's fully tigthened. I haven't had any leakage since and the 0.4 coils last me 2-3 weeks easily at 50w.
tighten what? The tank? That's odd. I wonder what a few drags has to do with tightening the tank onto the mod.
Cleito Coils usually don't last too long in my experience. Maybe 3 days and this seems to be the pattern with me. I do vape alot.
I know Coil Art makes Cleito Compatible Coils and sooner than later I will be picking up some because I've heard they're much better than the Aspire.
I get 3-4 weeks out of the SS316 coils. I have other tanks in rotation but I vape 3-5 mls a day on my cleito. Never had any leaking in the 4 months that I have had it. Be careful of over tightening the top cap. I have on two occasions and ended up unscrewing the coil along with the top cap.
I need to get more coils for mine. I've only used the 2 that came with it. I liked the top fill and airflow but I got a strange taste from it and the coils didn't last that long for me.

Do you know if Coil Art uses a screen on their Cleito coils?
The Cleito 5 pack of .4 ohm atomizers I get usually has 2 good ones that last a couple weeks and the others short, leak or go in a couple days. I find only premium liquids that have steeped for a while work well but juice from a walk up store spits like a volcano and should come with lip medicine. I ramp up when gets saturated but no help.
