I tried google translate once what i got was somekind of spamm about a casino website lolz
Never bothered since (plus most of those don't even make sense just looks like giberish to me)

To some of us old timers its better known as "PLONK" (placed on newsgroup kill-filter)

It also works for particularly obnoxious people, who may not be spammers, but you would rather not see nonetheless.

Well yeah, I had to ignore maybe four of them. Their posts did look remarkably similar.
