So coils are making a plinking clicking noise before heating up its a very short plink noise is this bad in any way?

I was going to pass this thread by... but curiosity got the best of me. 
"Plinking & clicking" are terms I've not heard anyone use before. Sizzling and popping... like drops of water on a hot frying pan, yes, but your specific terms, no.
If we're talking about the same thing... then it's normal, and meets the description above. If you have a new sound, unrelated to the typical sizzling and popping... well, that's a new one on me, and may require an explanation of your build - wire gauge and type, resistance, mod type and wattage etc etc, to further refine your question.

No it's not the poppers its like when your teasers hit your coil and it makes like a plinking noise? I discovered that my leads were not in the post holes all the way haha
That's what I was thinking when I read post #3... "poppers and teasers".

What I can't figure out is why the Brits speak it so badly.
Is this coil by chance in a Geni tank or on a MESH wick. I have "thought" I heard a tinkle when dry burning on mesh....
Yeah that little tinkle on startup I think it just means your leads arnt long enough in the posts my coils just .29 ohm in a Cloudsonic Rda 24 guage kanthol so yeah haha
