Clone Recipes

So I made up a batch of this. unfortunately did not have EcX Horehound so had to use TFA. Also lowered the TFA Absinthe to 16% and added 2% FA Anise.

Being honest I have never gotten to try Pluid so I can't say if this is it or not. What I will say is that after a 3 day steep this is now one of my favorite juices when I want something other than a tobacco. Thanks so much for this one!

I'm pretty sure 3D Vapor in East Alton or Edwardsville carries Pluid if you want to try it to see how close it is!

Tucson, it's a dry heat
Been loving this forum and I know people get annoyed when we ask for specific juices, but I'm going to ask anyway (sorry in advance) . . . has anyone cloned G2's Vazilla? It's a fabulous mix of vanilla custard and butterscotch. I'm good at making things from a recipes, but I can't make my own recipes!

Finally cracked Queenside

if you buy premade juices and adjust for the DIY which I'll be doing
a 50/50 30ml of Blood Orange and Vanilla Cupcake
added 7ml of Cinnamon Toast Crunch..
and that's IT.

bye bye $30/week habit.

cost of above for 30 ml just under $10, I can't wait to see how when we get the DIY how much cheaper it'll be.

working on Gambit and I"ll have to do the ratios to 120 ml..no biggie when I DIY..but my sweetie couldn't tell the difference between Queenside and what I made. Nailed it.

What are the percentages for the blood orange, vanilla, cinnamon to make queen side? I tried with orange cream, French Vanilla (10% each). It was a decent vape, but it was NOT queen side, like at all!

Yeah this isn't really a recipe. I appreciate that it is cheaper than buying the real deal but I would prefer to have an actual recipe to mix on my own. The Gambit v2 recipe that was shared in a previous reply is amazing. After proper aging it really is a close one.

If someone has cloned it and wants to share, it's here. There is a reason requests annoy a lot of people.

Amazing. This thread clearly states in the first post that it was created to collect recipes. Yet for every recipe 10 people ask: have you this, or have you that....

If you have a recipe, post it here, if not MOVE ON!

I agree!

Take a little time and read this thread. It just ain't that long...

There is a whole lot of good stuff here - except the lazy questions...

Yeah it is a shame when a thread is intended for a SPECIFIC listing from members and then everyone feels the need to ask something IN the thread instead of PMing or hmm making their own thread. But then you have people that complain if you make your own thread and someone just covered the same thing a few months back in a thread. The search feature here leaves a lot to be desired IMO but I am new so maybe I just need more interaction with this particular forum of the 20 I am on lol.

Well, when I clone a juice or make a clone of a juice, I am just trying to get something slightly reminiscient of the original juice. I'm not expecting a dead-on clone. Unfortunately my favorite juices come from vendors who use their own extracts/distillation. So expecting to duplicate those without knowing that process is pretty pointless.
However, certain flavors just go well together and certain clone recipes I can tell from the flavors that it should be something I'll like... So I try it. I've never tried Andromeda from Space Jam but the clone looked amazing... and go figure. It is. I have to tweak most of the recipes I find anyway as I don't have the exact flavors or brand used. So I'm still kind of making my own recipe... and sometimes I don't like the particular flavor/brand they use or think something will go better and I substitute it.
I am not good at (I'm getting better though) 100% making my own juice recipes. I tried a Absolute Pin clone from Five Pawns and it was just wrong. Mind you, duplicating their liquid is a challenging thing because even though I'm not an overall fan of theirs, their juices are complex. I'm still waiting on my Castle Long-ish juice to steep and have more flavorings coming to make another clone of it.
Anyway....

When I first started mixing, clones were all I concentrated on, you know, save money making the juices I buy.. Familiar story.
What I found out shortly after is that you can "dial in" almost any clone recipe and make it taste better than the authentic juice!
Taste is SO subjective, and everyone has a different palate.

Even the super fancy / expensive / famous juices can be tweaked more to your specific taste, the better you get at mixing.

I LOVE making juice!

^^^ good for you, but how does that relate to the topic to this thread?

The relation to this thread, realizing that I did not list a clone recipe, should be apparent.
When making a clone recipe, you are more than likely going to eventually come up with something
that your palate likes better than the original juice you were trying to clone, which is always a great thing.

Sorry if I was out of place...

Good for you... but I am still not succeed in making my own juice so I am looking to clone something first and after it really taste good maybe I will try to make my own recipe.

I use a local distiller that said his flavor is twice stronger than TFA.... He sell sweet, sour, and barley modifier as well to make the taste right in front of your face. Other interesting items from him was the distilled cafein to make you awake from the vape and other SKU that will make you feel asleep from the vape.
However, until now the flavors was not so strong... It is good flavor but everything is just a hint only....
Maybe my method just wrong... many people report a very positive feedback.

My TFA order is not arrived yet... been ordering from them since 1.5 weeks ago. I will try the sucker punch clone:

Bavarian Cream (TPA) 2%
Dragon Fruit (TPA) 14%
Vanilla Swirl (TPA) 4%

Wonder why the maker of this clone doesn't add any sweetener... or EM...
