The original poster asked that only recipes be posted. As does the moderators of this recipe sub-forum. But posters still going to beg for recipes. Page after page of requests to read through before getting a recipe. So, you tell us about the ECF spirit :grr:

Try 2% Caramel and 3% Absinthe maybe?

Thanks Boomerdude..

(Absolute Pin clone) <Mine.. still tinkering, tell me what you think, even tho taste is subjective.

6% Irish Cream
6% Horchata
4% Mint Chocolate
4% Caramel Original
1% Absinthe

Still needs something, to me :p

Been thinking about a clone for awhile! No mint chocolate, surely? I don't taste any in mine! I was going to try:

Irish Cream
Caramel Original
Absinthe (I only have CAP)
Cinnamon (tiny bit)

I think the problem is going to be with the TFA Irish Cream and probably the absinthe. I get a pretty refined absinthe taste that reminds me of how Pluid smells (from a distance!!). In fact, I was going to try it with a drop of Pluid....LOL

But if we can get even close I'll be happy :)

Edited to say just tried this, but using horchata instead of cinnamon. Something is way, way off - I think it's the Irish Cream/Cinnamon (tastes a bit like dirty feet)? Needs much more cinnamon. I doubt steeping can save it LOL

My other flavors are TFA.

I made the papi churro clone as it is one of my adv right now, and it is a little off. I think you're right that it has this peppery type of taste in it which I believe is not from the nic. Does the red hot candy flavor give it that peppery like taste?

The clone itself is somewhat there. It seems like there's more cinnamon though.

Has anyone tried to clone Vapor Renu's Eastcoast Tobacco? It's one of my favorites and try as I might, I can't seem to figure out the recipe. Everything I make is sweeter then theirs and lacks a certain 'thing' that I can't quite put my finger on. I have used basic Ry4 along with additions of vanilla, English Toffee or caramel, hazlenut, in various mixtures. All too sweet, and all lacking the flavor/scent that I haven't been able to figure out! Very frustrating ... so I thought I would see if any of you have an idea.

"peppery" like maybe "capsicum" would be? I have capsicum but haven't mixed tried it in anything, but it definitely has a hot/peppery smell to it, so much so that it is very overpowering when the flavoring is uncapped.

You can buy large quantities very inexpensively of East Coast Tobacco flavoring at FlavorWest now (parent company of Vapor Renu).
