I was thinking about buying a Hana mods clone from either eBay or fast tech to get some experience with higher wattage devices and rba"s. What are the differences of clones and authentics if this mod and of clone rbas. Can you tell the difference in them? Besides fast tech what are other websites to buy clones? Thanks guys

Uhm i see a few people say that certain clones are better then its authentic version. Some clones are worse then its authentic version. I guess it all depends on which one you get. Specifically for the Hana mod, i don't know, sorry, but i'm sure if you look around youtube you'll be able to find some reviews on the clone and people will tell you how it is compared to the authentic version.
Consider the authentic vapor shark. I know it's pricey, but the mid is not really where you want to be cheap. Buy a decent mod and then you can get clones of everything else. Just my opinion. Good luck!
Just do the research you would on any purchase as a responsible consumer. You wouldn't buy a washer/dryer, new TV or a car without looking into the experiences others have had with the product. My $.02: Forget about the distinction between an authentic vs a clone. Look at the target product on its own merits. Do others who own it say it lives up to whatever features, capabilities and/or quality the vendor/manufacturer claims? Is the price at a point where you feel like you're getting a good value?
Just ordered a Panzer clone myself...researched it before ordering and people gave it very good reviews. I would say try to get something made in the USA from what people are saying on the forum.
Don't buy an unknown hana clone when you could buy a Sigelei 30 watt for $37 from 101vape.com. I wouldn't even consider a variable wattage clone when there are so many decent, inexpensive, authentic devices out there made by Sigelei, IPV, Smok, Istick, Dovpo (heck even Cloupor - some people have good luck with them).

My girl has both the sigelei 30 watt and the cloupor hana mod 30 clone. I personally like cloupors clone better than the sigelei, but both are good devices.
The only clones that I consider purchasing are mech mods and rdas. Regulated mods can be pretty cheap and I can hold those companies accountable if my electronics magically break. I pay that little extra for peace of mind.
I always look for "1:1" on a clone, especially on FastTech. I also always opt for the slightly more expensive version and I've always had pretty good luck. Read the reviews/discussions!
