I purchase online.

I think the best answer is try it out and the worst that can happen is you receive something that looks completely janky but works. There is a fasttech thread somewhere around here that people post what they get from fasttech and the quality. I'm not sure, I just did a search and cannot find the thread. However, when it comes to the products that fasttech sells, I'm sure we'd hear about it if they scammed or their products were not up to standard.

I recently made a purchase with fasttech and will be receiving it soon (hopefully.) I can update you on what I get and how it looks, but beyond that, you're probably better off trying it out and seeing if you like it.

Do you us clones?

I'm thinking about buying some kanger aerotank clones and maaybe a switchable battery mod to stock up on things before TPD article 20 kicks in.. But I'm reaally unsure about clone mods in terms of battery safety etc. Could use some info. I buy such things at fast tech :)

General clone post.

I have 10 dollar clones made in China of 150 dollar tanks made in the US. And I have a 100 dollar clone of a 30 dollar tank made in China.

Lotta ground between those extremes.

Sometimes a clone makes me love an idea so much I buy the authentic, cReo I'm looking at you.

Sometimes a clone makes me buy an authentic to see if such a piece of crap could be that bad, Plume Fail I'm looking at you.

Sometimes a authentic makes me buy a clone to see if the awesomeness carries on, Squape I'm looking at you.

Its all fun, cause cloudz bro.

Yes, because I am a bit sceptical. Although, most items on FT has 4-5/5 rating anf almost only positive review. Do they delete negative?

But I'm at least gonna order a tank or two, and rather purchase a HQ mod.

Learning about tapatalk, magic thing

stuff with bad reviews won't sell and fasttech just won't bother getting more

there's no magic rule that says if a clone is better or not from the original.
generally if its a simple device, more likely a clone would be pretty much the same.

one interesting thing about the clones is sometimes the clones add some innovation to an existing product; for example there is the kanger subtank mini, but there are subtank mini clones with a topfill option!

Another case is for example ephro: they make clones but I see they made a new tank called the morph, which can take delta, subtank and atlantis coils!

Are clones as good as authentics?

This one has been proven to be a Yes/No/Maybe on several occasions. Depends on the Clone. :sneaky:
Is a Blue X any better than a Purple X? o_O

Consider this...
For many Vapers, what was bought a year or two ago Now resides in a Box, Drawer or is in the Bin and replaced with the next latest greatest. Heck, for a lot of vapers, 6 month old gear has been replaced.
So..............In some instances going Clone is perfectly plausible. Why throw Good money at something you may not have use for in a few months.
These are not Homes or Cars we are discussing
