Its hard to say what's closest. I'm probably not doing a proper job 'cause I'm not slowly changing one ingredient at a time.
Oddly enough, even the real Milk and Honey doesn't taste like M&H anymore to me. I'm probably getting " numb" to some of the ingredients.

That being said, here's my attempt tonight:

v12 3/7/15
Graham Cracker (TFA) 2.5%
Peanut Butter (TFA) 2%
Toasted Almond (TFA) 1%
Banana Cream (TFA) 2.5%
Catalan Cream (FA) 2.5%
Marshmallow (FA) 2%
Whipped Cream (TFA) 2%
Smooth (TFA) 2%
AP .7%
EM 1 drop/10ML

I'm also going to mix up your recipe, nicobeak.

This last one of mine was too thick again. I think the toasted almond and peanut butter are doing double duty. I have a feeling that they both contain similar flavor molecules, and that is making the nutty note too high. I also think that 2% fa marshmallow is too high. Probably the vanilla custard is contributing to the thickness as well. I'll mix yours up soon, as well as another dropping the peanut butter out and leaving toasted almond, 1% marsh, and 1% tfa cust.

Nicobeak, I'm vaping your recipe today. As far as what's missing, I'd say the AP. Yeah the peanut butter has it, but that's to make the peanut butter flavor, I think. You still want AP to compliment the graham cracker and to add that slight nutty note.
I'm liking some sort of vanilla, though. I think that's what mine is missing. Which vanilla is the question though! There's hundreds haha

EDITS:
Just read your post.
I think the peanut butter is in there. Maybe cut both peanut butter and toasted almond in half and still use both?
I've been wondering the same about marshmallow, it's supposed to be better at lower % anyway... I'll try the same.

Tonight's brew:

v13 3/9/15

Peanut Butter (TFA) 1.5%
Toasted Almond (TFA) 0.5%
Banana Cream (TFA) 2%
Catalan Cream (FA) 2%
Marshmallow (FA) 1.5%
Vanilla Tahiti (FA) 2%
Smooth (TFA) 2%
AP .5%
EM 1 drop/10ML

I'm very sensitive to the taste of AP 5% in PG, I very clearly get a smooth nutty flavor in VG at 0.25%.

For building volume and density I would maybe use it at 0.125 where I get more of a bread like flavor (almost a very light yeast flavor) from it.

I'd halve the recipe quoted above (adjusting AP to 0.125%) and work from there.

AP is one of those ingredients that I can identify

Someone recenty suggested I try Cosmic Fog Milk & Honey, I just ordered some last night. I normally don't buy pre-made e-liquids anymore as I have been DIY'ing my own for the past six months. I'm not very good at it but it saves a lot of money, lol. I've read nothing but extremely positive reviews about CF M&H so I'm sort of excited to try it out. If it turns out to be something good, I will be jumping on this quest with you to try and crack the code of making a clone or a vapable alternative. This will be the only bottle of CF M&H I ever buy, I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about, it should be here in a couple days. A few things I have stumbled upon is that a few people have suggested elsewhere that Cosmic Fog seems to favor Flavor West flavorings. I did notice that FW has a couple of milk & cream flavors in their lineup and was curious as to if any of you have tried them for this mix. Their description is pretty simple, marshmallow, milky cream and honey. I was also curious if you have or use MTS Vape Wizard, I use about a drop per 10ml in all my mixes and it does do something magical that I can't explain with a noticable difference without it, it seems to round out and blend the flavors better. Anyway, I'm already anticipating loving this juice so I am currently shopping for some flavors. This should be fun! :D

I just now stumbled upon this (link below) and the creator claims "spot on" to "the real thing". Not having the complete list of ingredients yet (which are on the way) or having actually tried CF M&H (which is on its way), I cannot be certain myself, but I couldn't help but notice your recent attempts and "spot on's" attempt share many of the same ingredients as well as him mentioning using MTS Vape Wizard as I suspected would be a necessary addition to round out and balance all the flavors.

http://......................./recipe/63608/Milk+%2526+Honey+Lover

I currently have all "spot on's" and all of the ingredients suggested in this thread already or on the way. I should be able to post results within a week. :D

I haven't tried much FW flavors. Where did you read that at?
Also, I can't get your link to work in any way, but I'd definitely like to read his attempt.

I'd buy more than one bottle if I were you, eventually you'll forget what the OG stuff tastes like.
I tried one drop of vape wizard before and it was horrible. Is it supposed to be so dark? I'm willing to give it a go again, as the advertised effects of MTS VP are exactly what's going on in milk and honey.

Hey DrLucky, I appologize for the failed link, lets try this, Google: "e-liquid calculator DIY milk & honey lover", hopefully that works out better?

I guess I should not say for certain that I would never buy another bottle of CF M&H, I also said the exact same thing about Vaperite Organic VR4, lol, which is still the best e-liquid I have ever had the pleasure of tasting and I have bought that one several times. I wish I could clone that one, lol (after many horrible failed attempts, I gave up). I just prefer making my own e-liquid for the money saving aspect as I easily vape up to 5ml a day.

I wish for this topics sake I could remember where I read about Cosmic Fog's use of Flavor West but I can't remember and I didn't save/bookmark it. It was in another forum. And yes, MTS Vape Wizard is almost solid black in color, lol.

Hey Grype, that is not the thread I was speaking of, it seems like I have read the Flavor West assumption in several places but I do however appreciate you confirming that this is widely speculated theory! :D

I'd also like to add @ DrLucky, that if your interested in trying some Flavor West flavoring, ecigexpress dot com has over 150 flavors from them at $1.67 per 10ml bottle. Flavor West has over 300 flavors though and diyjuice dot com (A Flavor West Company) sells all of them at $2.75 per 7.5ml bottle, for the harder to find flavors.

So drastic changes in tonight's experiment, thanks to suggestions from Maurice Pudlo and nicobeak

v14 3/15/15
Graham Cracker (TFA) 1%
Toasted Almond (TFA) 1%
Catalan Cream (FA) 1.5%
Marshmallow (FA) 1.5%
Honey (10% dilution) .5%
AP .23%

Very low total flavor percentage (6%) so I'm hoping for a "less is more" outcome.
After trying it, I'll give one drop of MTS Vape WIzard a shot.

EDIT:
After posting I saw the replys to my last post. I'll check out the link, C4M3120N, and probably try a second batch from what I see there.

Ok, so I just found a VERY interesting Flavor West flavoring called Toffee Dream Cream, it's made with (Vanilla Cupcake, Graham Cracker, English Toffee, Pralines & Cream and Cinnamon) and I couldn't help but notice VERY similar flavor profiles to what you've been experimenting with.

Having never tried CF M&H yet, tomorrow hopefully, I will be better able to judge the flavor profile. Pralines are also often made with Almonds in case your not sure about that flavor, which might be a good replacement for the Almond and Peanut Butter flavorings you've been using. Flavor West also sells the Pralines & Cream flavor by itself. BUT perhaps Toffee Dream Cream plus a little Marshmallow is the secret we've been trying to crack! :D

And I also stumbled upon this: Cosmic Fog - Milk and Honey Clone on another forum.

8% Graham Cracker Clear
3% Marshmallow
2% Vanilla Swirl
2% Vanilla Custard
1.5% Peanut Butter

*All TFA

Hmm very interesting. I'll have to order those along with FW Marshmallow and FW Peanutbutter.
That second recipe is close to the base of what we've started out with but I'm not convinced of the vanilla custard and swirl.
I've been using FA Marshmallow for some time now, but I can't tell the difference between it and the TFA version. Very different from CAP and LA's though
This is about where I have the recipe sectioned off:

Marshmallow and/or EM, whipped cream or MTS Vape WIzard is to give it that "fluffy cloud" effect.
Graham Cracker, we've theorized as the source of the honey-ish flavors as well as some of the 'dry bakery' taste.
Peanut Butter and/or Toasted Almond, Meringue with AP, or maybe the Pralines and Cream to give it that "crunch" flavor
Catalan Cream and/or Banana Cream, Sweet Cream, Cream Fresh or something else.like that for the sweet, creamy milk taste.

All pieces of this recipe have many options and are quite tricky to pin point down. I definitely think that the more tongues we have working on it, the better.

I can't be certain of course but perhaps the both the honey and cinnamon notes are provided through the use of the Graham Cracker Clear I see used in most M&H recipe clones. I just ordered some more flavorings last night, specifically the Toffee Dream Cream and Pralines & Cream on top of previous orders placed over the weekend for a bunch of flavorings. I'm still expecting my first bottle ever of CF M&H to show up either today or tomorrow. I've checked the mail box several times today, lol, I'm excited for the new juice experience and for the new Kanger Subtank Mini I ordered! :D

Today's attempt. Took out honey (FA) completely. Definite no!
The other changes were educated guesses based on what I could taste through the Honey from the last batch.

Also, I'm out of TFA Banana Cream, so I'm hoping the Catalan Cream is the source of that very subtle underlying creamy fruit taste.

v15 3/17/15
Graham Cracker (TFA) 3%
Toasted Almond (TFA) 1%
Catalan Cream (FA) 2%
Marshmallow (FA) 1.5%
Vanilla Custard (TFA) 1%
AP .23%

Ok, so I just tried the Cosmic Fog Milk & Honey for the first time and I have to admit, it is an incredibly good E-Liquid and I now see what all the fuss is about. It is not however at all what I was expecting though, I keep tasting an almost strawberry taste? It tastes more like the Cosmic Fog Nutz description to me (sweet and juicy strawberry preserve, spread evenly over fresh ground almond butter, infused with only the most subtle notes of whipped honey creme). Nothing about my bottle even remotely comes close to what I would imagine milk and honey to taste like. Perhaps my taste buds of off balance? I'll drink a bunch of water tonight before I head off to bed and again when I wake up and do another tasting.
