V2 cannoli was just made this week, Honestly cannoli wasn't doing to well. Can't hit a home run with everything but I wanted to try to improve it if possible.
Flavor profile is the same but tweaked flavor % down a bit. I think when dripped it was tasting a bit floral to some so I addressed that issue hopefully.
It's a bit iffy messing with the mixes especially when consistency is key in this business but sometimes it's needed.

Think I drilled thru the center post with a #55 (.052) and used a #0 combination drill & countersink for the feed holes, had to angle these to clear the lip and get below the wire hole...
Looks good, thinking of sending my black/white in so it can get milled down.
