Somewhere between home and work this morning I managed to lose the screw that holds the left lens in my glasses, not to mention the lens itself!

Thankfully I'm nearsighted and can actually do my job, but don't ask me to read anything more than 6 feet away. Worst part is I fell off my Mom's optical insurance when I turned 26 in December and I'm not eligible for optical where I work for two more years, ugh.

Try zenni optical. Prescription glasses for like 15 bucks. Probably a bunch of those china sites but a few years ago I heard about zenni and go some decent back ups.

If you have bad eyes like me make sure you pay a bit extra to get decent lenses. My contact script is -6 (pretty bad) so my first cheapo glass lenses were about an inch think because I went with the cheapest everything.

I have astigmatism in my right eye, so only my left lens is corrective to compensate. It's weird, I can see perfectly fine with my right eye, as soon as I open the left I have issues.

I'd like to get contacts, but I have a pretty bad eye phobia. When I was a wee lad, my Dad told me that the pupil was like a hole for the light to enter the eye. My young mind interpreted that to mean like random dust was getting in my eye through that hole. I can't even rub my eyes without anxiety, despite years of education saying it's not an empty hole!

Well I've had some pretty serious eye emergencies from my contacts. Mostly due to recklessness and young age lol. I once left them in for 6 months straight! Granted they were the night and day monthlies but that's still horrible. Two trips to a cornea specialist and I've been taking care of my eyes ever since. Plenty of corneal scarring too.

Yea it's no joke. Eye infections are up there for most painful thing I've dealt with. My eye looked like a foggy hazy mess. Made pink eye look like a mild irritation.

My evo 3d shattered, but was still usable though. New is HTC desire, the new one, has 2 speakers on front, one bottom and top. Faster and has a better 4g lte.

Man I'm expecting like 5 or 6 packages, not a darn thing in the mail.
