Thanks momma, I have the Manta V2 coming in too, but I am usually looking for a flavor atty. Tom sent me a pix of my brass girl this am, it may be on the horizon and may be traveling with the aluminum. I ended up going brass bead blasted, smooth squonk holes and a copper button. The aluminum is a bead blasted tranny. I am getting really stoked for these 2.
That will be sweet! That contrast with the copper button will be awesome! Ya just can't beat these TMods! They are my workhorses by far (along with a new plunger woodvil that is nice on the ol thumbs as well [emoji2]) I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the TMods squonk. It's all in that design of Tom's tbar squonk hole.

Sounds nice RD! I noticed that the edges on my brass one have smoothed a little bit with use which is nice[emoji3] The titanium hasn't smoothed down any...I don't think it's possible on that metal. LOL

That's what I am hoping for down the line and these just look very easy to squonk. I should have probably gotten a plunger door woodvil, but I am not having problems at the moment with the regular doors. TheTMods are just so built and the design is perfect for any hands really. My old thumbs are probably not in as bad a shape as your old/new thumbs but they ain't great, so squonkability for the long haul is very important.

hey Tom the lil magnet that hold the wrench in has came out of my mod.do I need to just put a dab of stupid glue on the end of the mag and stick the wrench/magnet in and leave it til said glue dries?...that's what im thinkin anyways.lmk when ya get the time.not a big deal just makin sure is all.

You'd be surprised, the only time I've ever had them come out is if I baked them in the oven and forgot to remove it. I have a mod stuck to each mill in the shop, one on the lathe, one here one there, all hanging sideways and upside down by those magnets... They hold like four pounds..
First spin the magnet until you figure out what direction it fits flush.
Then use a sharpie to put an alignment dot one one side between the magnet and the mod.
Scrape the old glue off.
Put a drop of super glue in the center of the hole.
Put magnet in making sure to align your marks.

I haven't had any probs with my sniper grey mods magnet.was kinda like with is this??but I'm sure its a rare occurrence and stupid glue is working fine so far.any word on your dready mod DM?

Did a quick .4 dual 26 gauge. I just got my hands on it today tho. And the way the deck is. It can handle whatever is thrown at it. Will probably suit up a .25. Enjoying this mid warmth build as of now tho. L
