just wow Tom,was a good decision to send in I can see that already!it really does look like a snakeskin or reptile either way its badashish as can be!i cleaned the crap outta that brass with some "nevr dul" before I send it.i think when the grooves get dirty and I reclean then itll really look sharp too.thanks man great lookin at your work as usual!

Yeah I'm really happy with it! I usually soak the brass ones in acetone for an hour or so. Pull the insulator and contacts, give it an hour and it's back to brand new. You can keep a can of acetone for ten years just dunking every once n a while. I used to use never dull on my copper tubes, it's my favorite by far but on these mods I just dunk em. . . Especially with those grooves it's gonna be a biioch to get in every groove .
I like that, I've been using it for almost three weeks and I wouldn't change anything about it. The cnc guy has it now and I'm not gonna lie I'm a little pissedd that it's gone. everybody keeps sending me emails like" hey just wonder if you got the faceplates back yet. ." Believe me, I'm as ancy as everyone else, you'll definitely know when I get them .I'll order two more sx350J's if the first one pans out....
ill leave the grooves alone and let the patina build in them.ill post it again when its filthy inside and clean outside.i think itll look sharp for sure....well either way itll look good.i have the nevrdul for my bike cuz I cant dip it in actetone...lol.just a bit heavy with an FLHTC bagger.
With that kind of deal I wish I liked mechs cause I could us a BF mod right now. Alas its just not for me.

Doffy, great looking Patina on your Tmod,almost swayed me to do my Bronze... which BTW Ladies & Gents, weighs in @18.4ozs, with a Marquis Clone, battery & 1/2 bottle of juice.
Robbieblood, I think the Marquis is a perfect match for the Tmod, right now I have a Lancia clone on #2, and a second Marquis clone for the reptilian 26650 Tmod on order.
I'm really liking the Lancia for flavor & vapor, and my over-squonks have become rare, and hence leaks are virtually gone. This Atty is definitely better for you Lung Hitters, I'm using the smallest air-inlet, one on each coil, bout perfect for my style, which isn't the best for what this Atty can do IMO... I'm surprised there hasn't been much talk of this atty on CH's thread.

The Lancia just seemed like leak city so I avoided it. The V2 seems like it should be better in that department but I don't see anyone talking about it so no idea if the flavor is as good. I also like the idea of an RDA with a glass section.
The Lancia V2 looks like a real ..... to BF. And, apparently no one wants the V1 based on how long I've been trying to sell my authentic V1, lol.
I really like the Lancia, but it leaks on my like a MF... it's my fault but it still Pisses me off.
The aluminum mech is normally $400 for unpainted, correct? So, $250 with existing SX orders?
