Sorry Tom if you don't want me to post this lemme know and ill take it down but its the first regulated temp control squonker for me and wow I am digging this lil gral atty, has anyone else here used one of these before?its harder than normal to setup a coil in it and especially since its the ni200 wire...what a pain, any help would be appreciated.only 1 vid on utube and its in german or italian so not a ton of help but did help a lil.i still wish I could spring for one of the T-mod sx-j mods but cant do it ATM.ill be getting ahold of Penguiness shortly.yesterday was an awesome vape mail day and today was good to,got my auth manta V-2 and my lil cyclone bf'd!.

you have a stumpy right?? use that for your first tc build. it is the easiest for building them.
what gauge ni200 wire do you have?

I have 28,29 and 30 and im waitin on my flatter adapter for the sunbox.so I put a topfeed pin in the stumpy and did a lil 12 or 14 wrap single coil and WOW it really worked far better then I thought!!used the pva40 not a squonker that I finally got and it changed my mind that drippin with TC isn't half bad!just gotta get with Penguiness and DI sometime to get some builds and temp settings.a lil tuffer to figure out the temp settings then what I thought.its not just set at 350 degrees and vape.I keep hittin the temp limit and its not so enjoyable that way.

ok this what i do for tc. maybe it will help you a bit. i am no pro just started with it a month ago but here it is. with single coil you can use any of those wires easy but for dual you'll need to use 30ga otherwise your coils will be too big. i run 10 wraps of 30 gauge around a 2.5mm post. i space them out just a little. at 22 watts i run 480 tc and only hit tp when i need to squonk or chain vape. if you keep hitting tp then raise your temp limit or lower your watts. or do a mixure of both until you find your sweet spot. hope this helped. you can pm me if you want to.

NRA blue is in the house. You really don't get it until you see one of these in person. What craftsmanship! Absolutely stunning! Thank you very much Tom!!! :rickroll:

Gotta run to the dentist now. Will post some pics later.

i agree the workmanship is impeccable. plus it hits like a bag of hammers. never thought a squonk box could compete with my old copper tubes in vapor production.
well done Tom! thank you!

PICS OR I DIDN'T HAPPEN !

I have the exact same wiha 8 piece HEX driver set. The one for the Vulcan now stumpy lost its edge. So I got a hudy one as recommended by catfish.

Does the torx set you link also work for HEX screws?

Yes they do Russ. They are an old RC and professional Slot Car racers trick. (of which I've been both) They work excellent and will not damage the screws. The torx bits will also grab the screws even if they are stripped. I use them for every hex screwed atty I have myself.
