Yup, I'm prepping the first one for paint tomorrow, I had to go to ECC this weekend so I didn't get it done over the weekend.

Also I received a wicked ba Dass new toy that I an setting up right now. It will take a few days. I won't ever have to wait/count on anyone else for anything, not for faceplates or anything else. Capabilities are basically limitless now.

This baby will let me do just about everything.! I don't have a 4th axis yet which will add the ability to do some other things (like engrave a picture or text all the way around a mod for example) but basically this is a cnc mill, it's an automated version of the mills that I use currently, or used too..

This gives me the ability to do more precise work, like making the channels that wires go into and run along on the regulated mods, the faceplates were made on a cnc mill like this. This is the type of machine that you draw a picture of what you want. In a computer aided (cad) program, and it cuts it out exactly how you want it. Not necessarily more precise but it's more exact. The faceplates are a good example, I can make them manually but they are far from perfect, when this mill makes them they are absolutely perfect.
