By all means, a Happy Modder works better... I just thought mine was the only Bead-Blasted/ Shiny Squonker TI.

I didn't get a lot of work done on mods today, I had to make sure the mill was calibrated perfectly and some other big tool maintenance.
Yeah titanium sparks a lot, generally at lower rpms. The scraps flare up if they get a flame to them as well. The biggest problem with it is just how hard it is tho, you have to go slow, take very small cuts and keep everything liquid cooled/lubed. It basically acts how magnesium does to water.

I really like the brushed finish and the blasted aluminum. Which do you think has more grip to it? It looks like a toss up.

I think the brushed finish has a tiny bit of texture to it, still smooth but it's not quite as smooth as the bead blasted finish...once it gets blasted it's smooth as a dancers aszz!

Man. I'm counting down the hours to have that brushed tranny in my hands (sounds so dirty).
I imagine the last of my home slice will disappear quickly (home slice and peanut butter cookie are all that's ever been thru my marquis and I'm nearly out of both.)

Yessir it will, you can grab a scotch bright pad n make it match if you want. I dying remember exactly what grit u used but I can find out tomorrow is you want. I think it will look the best the way it is tho, it's a great contrast.

Very, very cool!! Blasted 6061 with ridged shiney squonk holes, correct? Really like the look and from what you're saying very minimal voltage drop
