Wow some killer looking mods being built up in here. Haven't looked in on this thread in a long time.

How long is the list currently?

Also, what metal option are available these days?

Those titanium ones are beautiful but did I read that you're not doing then any more?

Would putting a small chamfer on the the top and bottom edges be possible?

Hey BB, welcome back! Right now is a little under a month turnarounds. . . I've got two mills going full time, knocking or mods a bit faster. .
I'm doing everything except for titanium, to do titanium I have to have the holes started by am EDM, adds $80/hole so they are post much priced out of existence. If you want a titanium mod I can build you one out of 7075 aluminum instead, chowder and a few others have them, it's lighter than titanium as well.

If you really want I can hit the corners. I don't recommend it, I don't think it looks good, but if you want it I can do it.

Cool man. As much as I love titanium it makes sense with how hard it is on tools. 7075 would be pretty cool. I might be into that.

With the corners I was just thinking about how I usually hold a mod with my pinky under it and worried that that hard edge could dig into my finger over time and get uncomfortable.

That's how I hold mine too, the thing is that if you round the edge it creates a gap when it meets a flat surface. Does that make sense. Lie when you at it on anything flat or between the deck and atty. .

Just a slight chamfer to take the sharp edge off would make the difference I think. But I'm guessing it would also be a PITA, especially the round edges.

(I'll run for cover now)

If you do anything more than just take the sharp edges away it makes a gap. You can hit it with some sandpaper if you want. ..but be warned, it's soaking you can't come back from. ..

Havoc - sorry bro, gawdamn tapatalk is Killin me. I just need to know is you want your squonk holes cut the normal way or the smooth way.

Are you sure that's what the lady at the post office said to give you..I'll take care of it.
Yeah. The LC prefix is customs. It won't affect it getting here. I know post is about ten days here to there atm. Waiting on another parcel to see there to here (currently 9 days)
