Think you're right about the Titanium Havok. KS might want to consider 7075 if she's looking for something more durable than 6061

i'd have thought the main uptick for titanium would be its lightness, but it's a nightmare to machine and therefore bitterly expensive.
There are no appreciable benefits i can see in terms of voltage drop or such, but i concede they look great and afford bragging rights!

Bronze is definitely still an option. He can definitely do a blasted finish. Not sure about the hammered look? That would be cool though

7075 is ridiculous overkill in the strength dept. For example, my grands are thin 6061 and indestructible. My tmod is twice as thick billet 7075 with a brick left in the center of the milled areas.Speaking of the aluminum, what is the difference in the 7075 and 6061?
