I've finally read my way entirely through this thread, and as I'm sure most know by now, I'm a hardcore mech guy, myself. Though I still haven't drifted over to the dark world of squonking. I'm still just a messy, dirty dripper... But seeing Tom's awesome work here and knowing him from Jeremy's Rayon thread, I must say that I am getting super tempted to make my move to the dark side. Absolutely awesome work you're doing here Tom! I definitely see a sweet little TMod in my future!!

Yeah, and I haven't been around a whole lot either. But we're finally done dealing with all of the wife's cancer stuff now. She's got a clean bill of health... after 21 months of fighting it, 3 surgeries, chemo, and radiation. But she's starting to get better now, and life is returning to normal.
Hate to see ya chained down in here, but it's great to see that things are going so well for you! You're doing absolutely awesome work from what I've seen here, bro! I'll definitely be sending you an email as soon as I can sort out the funds and figure out what exactly I want. So many awesome options! I've been on a brass and copper kick lately, and that brass TMod is just lookin' sexy as can be. Lemme see what I can scratch together, and I'll get back to ya when I get it all settled.

oh yeah the clear is the same as the color cerakote, its all ceramic, it isnt really like a varnish, sticky, its just cool and smooth ceramic feel, that's what it is really, the clear ana the colors are both baked on.

And tho I'm not typically rough on my mods, it looks and feels like it could take alot without that finish chipping off. [emoji4] And yes Tom's description is right. It does feel more like a glazed ceramic and really smooth and shiny. No bubbles or any of that sort of mess.

Nah, you're not nuts, Momma, you're eccentric...
I can't say that I've named any of my mods yet, but then again, I don't have anything that's all that special... I've got a few knock-off mech tubes and a Tesla VV/VW tube that I never use anymore, because 10W limit just sucks unless you wanna stick with carto-tanks. That worked to get me off the stinkies 5-6 years ago, but it'd drive me bat-crap crazy at this point in the game... Now, if I had your Brass Tranny's little sister, that'd be a whole different story... that'd be one sexy little girl right there... I'd have to get CH to mod a brass derringer for me, and I'd never need another mod for as long as I live!
.....or third [emoji6] LOL I now have one in the kitchen, one in my vape stand by the bed and one for the purse. Sometimes two ride in the purse along with at least one other squonker. LOL
