Same size as the aluminum micros. Available with soft fire button. Just ask, I can make the button very soft if you want, or normal, your choice.

I'm loving mine. I have the fire button set to a short throw, so it's smooth and easy to use. Now, if I can just find a softer bottle it will be perfect. Working out in the cold is making it almost impossible to squonk these little bottles through the small holes. If anyone knows of some softer bottles and a link to them, I would really appreciate it

I have them on order, I'll send you some when they come in. I hate the 6ml bottles, I will be sending the nice 8.5ml bottles with all micro orders.

You guys like the honeycomb pattern?
This is after paint, I haven't tried it before paint but I think it will be equally cool, it feels super nice on your hands as well.

The bottles are definitely affected by the colder temps too, but here in Viva L.V. I don't think mid forties to low 60's makes any difference. I have the 8.5ml in my micro, I find that's a hard bottle when full to the top of the neck, not so when I stop at ~3/4 full. I found it easier to squonk on the full micro bottle with one finger, it definitely filled the chamber on my Stumpy.

Tom, that would be great. I'm almost to the point of doing a little customizing, but only as a last resort.

Right now, we are unseasonably warm. It's only getting down to the low 30's at night and today was close to 50. But it won't be long and it will turn around and the snow will fly. I'll need a heater to keep my juice warm :)

I've been in a little bit of cold weather, I try to avoid it as much as possible. But I recommend applying softer pressure for a longer amount of time if it's cold with thick juuce, anytime it's tougher to squonk, longer squeeze with less pressure is easier and it gets the job done just the same. The 8.5 bottles I am constantly over squonking, but I love em. Because the bottles are tight surrounded all around except the opening a smaller squonk effects the bottle more: the bottle being trapped m, isn't allowed to move away from the pressure of your finger so the total amount t of force applied goes towards forcing juice up, as opposed to letting the bottle move over till its pinned against a wall like it is in mods without round, tight bottle containment. Does that make sense, that's why I always make the bottle holes on the tighter side.
