You can order anything you want from McMaster Carr , what do want in delrin? If you want ill make it, if your doing a drip tip forget the press, use a but in the tail stock for the how our you'll never get it straight.
I'm not gonna lie, the red is one of my faves.haha.

Spitback is minimal, for a short atty I always use a lot of wick, it helps a lot. I even have a little shorter tip on it and urea not anything I notice really running at 0.177ohm, flavor is better than vector.

I've been thinking about cutting down the cap on the vector, to reduce the chamber volume. But the posts are too tall, the deck on the thump, some ppl don't Lurke but it's easy to build and its short that's the key, that and the bomb diggidy afc on the thump, you can control with a tight drip tip, but it's also an internal reducer (of chamber volume)

I'm no red guy but that is so sharp looking. Thank god you didn't do it in blue or I'd be skipping the new set of tires my truck desperately needs, whew!
Haha, I only have like 4 or 5 different colors of blue for you to pick from.

Corvette Yellow girl reporting in...in a rare night sighting, lol. Just finished tearing it down and giving a good clean.

And whoever it was that suggested the Europens to clean the TMod negative contacts...pure genius! Way easier than the tiny files I was using previous.

After reading how to mod an atty I decided to go ahead and give it a try on my Aeolus. I took out the pin, post and insulator..cut the insulator so there would be a slot running up each side to the wells. Then put it all back together and tested it all out. It's working well and feeds the juice nicely. Because of the way the wells are designed the insulator is a little bit taller than they are but I haven't had any problems with it over filling. ..hopefully you can see the insulator

Cool, I like the way that atty looks on my mods! ..your mod haha..

You'll prolly be alright but if your lowlow builds pay attention to the insulator and if it gets hot be nice too it, it's the weak spot now ya know. Just FYI

Yep...kinda with Tom on this one. I'm not a shill for anyone, but the $20-30 it costs to have Catfish mod an atty is money well spent, IMO. Having a pin drilled and my insulators in tact is a better option for me...especially running mechs.

Having chowder do it is most definitely worth every penny, but doing something yourself that works is cool too, That being said, equipment pays the largest role in your outcome, im not saying your insulator is gonna melt and short out, but toy so wanna keep an eye on it. Chowder, he's totally set up to do it has all the equipment does it a LOT, so its a given his is going to be nicer, better done, more reliable, etc .

It's like why I bought a wicked badsaaa CNC machine, it was a huge investment, but i decided I was all in, I wanted to step my game up and make sure my customers get the best possible devices that can be made...makes me pretty unique, nobody in the industry can prototype a new mod and pump them out like I can, theres maybe a couple exceptions, and im still finishing up orders, but there's only a couple guys that are machinists that apply it to vaping, it's a stupid expensive way to go about it, but having the equipment now I can do anything, pretty much, and much better, and faster...it's still smarter than me, but I'm working on that.

Take Crowder for example, how many thousands did he spend on his ultrasonic cleaner, it's just one example of one piece of equipment that lets you know how far he goes to make sure his products would be as perfectly done as possible. We both like making you guys happy, thats what its all about in the end right?

I do my own with either a dremel, or my $75 drill press. Never the insulator. Just the post and pin if it has a pin. They don't look as pretty as a catfish job internally, but the price of postage to here I can mod 4 derringer clones.

Studiovape has a good system on a lathe, of dishing the decks so they aren't flat. But I don't have the equipment

Ow now you going to tease me some more Tom because you know it is at Johns shop getting a case made for it lol. I absolutely can not wait one more secound to have this in my hand to play with. I went with the skull pattern with red lined case for this from him. Is giving me both style belt clips for it. and i asked him if he could make some kind of matching cover for the vectore as well. Not to protect it but to keep the dust and crap out of my atty when im wood working and stuff i allways get so much stuff in the atty of my mods because i forget that it is in my pocket when im planning and stuff.
