The Quasar is one of the best atomizers for flavor on the market imo. I have a draw full of atomizers. I will give the thump a try. Also looking at the mark bugs chalice 3 clone. The original is just not to be found. Can't wait to get the mod i ordered. I don't know why I never tried a bottom feeder mod before. I am not into all these regulated mods today. I still like my old mechanicals. I also like quality machining, kind of the high end stuff. I still own all of my Super-t mods and GG stuff. T-mods look to be of great quality.
I just got a b/fed Quasar clone and I just love it!!

Thanks you buddy, I sure appreciate it. Machining is what my family has always done for a living and I started making them on a manual, machine. As soon as I made enough money I spent it all, and a lot more on killer equipment, cnc, custom tooling etc. Anything and everything I could use to make them better, more precise, etc. I don't put much time into YouTube, but I do have some videos on my page, take a look if your into that kinda stuff, there's some vids of the building process doing different things, you may like it.

Agreed, I love the reduced chamber, it was my first thought when I got my first Quasar, I was using a pulse genny before that with a single coil and the reducer. I think you'll like the thump, it's right on par.

I was gonna say that's the first time I tried this design, but it had some little imperfections in it the first time I did it so I redid it and got it looking and feeling just right.

Just FYI, I can do just about any color webbing in the honeycomb now if anyone wants.

Looks like I will have to order a few more mods from you. Once I start ordering different atomizers, I will need another mod to go with them!

Now that's pretty sweet. Sorry to tell you thow i might have to rip that off amd have tbev make me a seamless dualy just like that when the seemless dualys get made

Thanks, Skillz! :) I'm sure that Tom could hook you up. The red and black seem to be colored epoxy, and the honeycomb pattern is engraved into the mod. But it is cleaned up so well that you can't even feel the difference between the epoxy and the aluminum with a fingernail. It's that smooth.

I received this as a gift from a very kind and generous friend, so I don't know a lot of the particulars, but I think that the pattern and fill was an experiment that Tom was playing with. All I know for sure is that it is the same craftsmanship that we all know and appreciate from Tom, and that there are still truly wonderful and thoughtful people in this world that sometimes come into our lives and not only bring us smiles, but also enrich and deepen our love for our fellow man. :)

Thank you! It vapes as good as it looks, too! I'm running a dual coil 0.25Ω build in the Vertex Jr. Mini right now with 26g NiChrome and rayon wicks. I'm gonna need to get more batteries soon, I'm going through 4 batts a day right now, cause I can't put it down!

Hahaha! It sure does look and feel "right", Brother! And I'd imagine that you could do the same thing inside of any engraving, not just the honeycomb.

Many thanks to you and many, many thanks to the one with whom you worked to get this mod made and sent to me!! It is a valued treasure in my little collection! :)

Thanks for all the kind words everyone! That's why this is the best community there is!
I can do the engraving anyway you'd like, lid of different bits leave different thicknesses and styles; deep sharp ones that come to a point leave a V shaped groove, round, ball shaped ones leave a nice U shaped groove, etc. . It ask really depends on what the engraving is and how you'd like it. I went thru about ten different types of crazy epoxy and I finally found one that would hold anything and I can dye it any color you want. I do that then sand it all back down, basically refinish the mod just like if it wasn't there, and it comes out perfectly smooth. I haven't checked to make sure it's actually bulletproof, but I'd bet it is. I'm glad to hear your enjoying it, I really an happy with his it turned out, I think it's a super cool option. I'm gonna do stars and swirls in different colors, possibilities are endless.

Got the lizard refinished, blue over instead on under this time, looks almost as good as it feels.
