Thanks @turbocad6 ! I'm just getting the 440 set up. Building an enclosure, the same coolant system the big mill has on it (it's really killer, it has to be for the deep holes) The 440 will have a sub-plate mounted to the table that will quick change/locate different fixture plates, but it will be mostly pumping out micros all day and night. I'll post pics of the machining setup as I build it.
I put the controller in this Rubbermaid box, filtered air and always dry no matter what.
The factory drain / coolant system could be better, I paid for it on the other machine but ended up upgraded / replaced every part of it after a while so I just did the whole thing myself for this one, it's a thousand times better and a fraction of the price. Clear Rubbermaid tank rocks, no overflowing ( I do that quite a bit on the big machine.)

way cool stuff man cant wait to see it in action Tom.just did a goon bf and must say the flavor is right on with it.wish the air holes had been made a tad smaller but looks like itll be taking the place of my blk stumpy,so skill/Jeff if ya read this the stumpy will be on its way shortly.im gonna miss it for sure,but hope the goon performs well on the dually when i get it back.blk on blk will look good if nothing else!

You see what I was talking about... When I was building this mod, it was the first time I had worked with this particular inlay material, and the more aggressive I got with it the better it looked. I told Doffy I was going to polish it up more than we had originally planned, I'm not gonna lie, I was intrigued to say the least, pushing isn't my favorite thing in the world. But it kept looking better and better and better, man it really turned out awesome!

Wiring up internals and programming boards, I will be for another day or two. I really hate that you have to program the dna boards before they will work.

Thank you everyone for the support, the love and the motivation. I'm so happy being able to help everyone in their fight against the stinkies. Let it be acknowledged, it's not just the vaper who is happy to be able to put down the cigs. It's your wife, your husband and your kids who don't smoke, who are happier every day that they smell strawberry vanilla instead of the rank, lingering cig smoke odour, every time you walk by, in your car and everywhere it used to be that you didn't even notice...
