Have a friend at work that, unfortunately purchased a cloud 9 from a vendor at an exorbatant price. Wondering if there is a way to change the fill in the cart? It's tubular and not as long as the cart to leave room for the atty. Any suggestions? He'll fail if he has to buy filled carts as funds are tight. Could he use the blue foam as I do in my Joye 510? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
