the few cloud comps ive been to have been 18650 tube mechanical mods only, fresh dry cotton, and new unused coils...and usually the shop has some sponsored juice that everyone uses. keeps everything pointed towards who can build the better setup vs who can buy the highest watt device and throw more power on a crappy build. now i do enjoy vw high watt devices...own an ivp3 myself and its my daily cloud machine. if you are wanting to get into the comps i would suggest this mod https://www.facebook.com/pages/D-Mods/694737227281052 got mine for bout $150 @ the local brick and mortar, and it hits like a damn train! tested it out and it only has .08v voltage drop...top it with a mutation x v2 or a dark horse, some good vtc5 batts, and a good build, and get er done!

The HADES was my entry into the 26650 realm...and was awesome for about the first couple of days till the locking ring kept getting jammed and being a pain in the ........it has since been looking awesome on my stand and getting very little if no use. As far as the GUNS BLAZING...I have been looking @ this one as well. Really like the way the locking ring is buttery smooth and the knurled sections on the battery cap/locking ring just in case it does get stuck it will be a bit easier to un-stick lol. Also like the dual tube design so both 22650 or 18650 batts can be used. Think they're going for about $250?...good looks, low voltage drop, versatile, I'd prob pick this over the Hades...but with anything its all up to the individual user and if its gonna make you happy or not. Handle a few different ones, do a little digging on the quirks for each, and pull the trigger. Hope this helps
