Bruce and the team at Clouds of Vapor are the best!
I've been dealing with COV for 8 months now. I had a tank crack... replaced with no question and was provided with new O-rings to boot. Got a bad Giantomizer - Bruce covered his customers. COV will cover their own products, they back up their customers on defective products from their manufacturers... I don't doubt if a customer messed up, Bruce would do his best to provide a fix.
You can totally trust Bruce and the COV team to provide superlative service... definitely give COV a try!
