I ordered some juice and equipment on May 12, 2012, and after I got the stuff, I emailed COV using the "contact us" link to ask how to tell the difference between the LR clearomizer and the STD clearomizer since they look identical. Clearomizers are knew to me but I love them! However, COV gave No reply. I emailed again last week and still no response. Just a simple question and perhaps the answer is that there is no "visual" way to tell the difference. There are no markings.
(Some attys have an " LR" clearly stamped on the end post that goes onto the battery, so I was hoping for a similar marking or stamp on clearomizers.) My clearomizers have no stamp or identifiable markings to indicate which are LR or Std.
I mainly want to experiment with which juices taste better in LR vs STD and would be cool if I could have some way to identify the different clearomizers. Both of THESE clearos taste exactly the same, using same batt and voltage etc., so I'm guessing that I was sent two STD clearomizers. No big deal though. I just won't order any more from COV since they have NO customer service apparently.
Thanks for letting me vent :(

I am hearing you. I am sorry for the breakdown.
I have a totally new revamped customer service ticket system in place and a new employee dedicated to answering the tickets.
I am committed to great customer service.

---as for your question. Without a meter, you can not tell exactly. We pack them in marked bags with the ohm so you know what you are getting. The good news is that the new batch v2 has them marked on the side of the coils and you can see them easily.
