Clouds of Vapor - bad experience - can anyone help

I have a big problem with Clouds of Vapor. I have a problem with product I purchased from them. Bruce ignores my emails.

He is very unresponsive.

I am very dissaatisfied with this provider.

There are so many good ecig merchants out there as you can see through this forum. Customer service is what its all about. So I have been forced to go to another merchant. I will NEVER use C of V again.

The cartos he sold me for my DCT Map tank leak. I told him. He said he would replace. Since then, I have sent several emails over two weeks and he continues to ignore them.

Who should I go to for good cartos for my tank that wont leak?

Oh and obviously my advice to all of you is stay away from Clouds of Vapor. They turned out to be a major dissapointment.

Bruce is normally on top of his game. If he said he would replace them-he will. It may be a mail server problem. Have you tried to pm him here?

Also to note, are you pulling the cartos cut holes outside of the tank when filling? Tank users have found that if the cut holes are inside the tank when you fill, the cartos leak. Try it and see if that was your problem!

COV is not my main supplier, but I have ordered from Bruce several times, and each time I got a quality product with awesome service. There must be something going on. He is one of the few vendors I have never read a bad thing about
