I've been ordering from Clouds of Vapor for the past year or so and never had any issues so this weekend I ordered some DCT and CE2 tanks. I got the order today but one of the DCT tanks were missing so I sent Bruce an email to let him know. Within an hour I had a shipping notification that he had sent out another tank. Fast and courteous customer service coupled with the quality of goods available at COV is what keeps me ordering from them.

I've had similar luck w/ COV - always great communication, fast shipping and reliable products. Their Organic Butterscotch is good too.
I have never had any complaints when I ordered from COV. Bruce is a great guy to deal with.
I have little issues with some of my liberty flights orders,,it was not directly their fault either,,,they fixed it immediately,and sweetened the fix every time,,,,how can i not keep ordering from them ?? ++++++++++ customer service
i want to also say cudos to COV. i have ordered from them and always being treated respectfully. even if bruce feels he is being accused/blamed for something that isnt his fault, he wants to take care of it without any fuss. i have been a cov customer ever since reading badkolos (gotvapes) responses to some of his customers. keep ya head up bruce you are doing an awesome job!
