CoV also treated me absolutely like a VIP. Even though I am a newbie, they seem to go out of their way to help patient customers. My advice to all that have issues is to be patient and treat Bruce and Justin with respect, in turn they will return the favor.

I have had excellent service from COV. Bruce has always been helpful and gone out of his way to assist when I had queries etc about GG products. Also have found the new GG email service to be a big plus.

It was unfortunate what happened yesterday with the sale but I am sure that Bruce and the COV staff were doing their best at the time to rectify it and will also do their best for the future.

Well since you asked what customers of GG think - I think you have your own personal agenda to get Bruce removed so your friends at Newegg can take over GG.

You havent even been vaping a month - are a newbie to ECF and the GG forum - running around to different threads complaining to Imeo about Bruce not deserving to have GG acct. Less than a month ago you didnt even know Bruce owned Clouds of Vapor. Nice to see you asked Imeo if he wanted you to contact newegg for him. Take your personal agendas elsewhere - IMO

It is clearly evident that you either work for newegg or have vested interest in seeing them getting the GG exclusivity for the US. It would be interesting to hear your explanation as to how you believe a company who has absolutely ZERO experience in the Electronic cigarette market could possibly do better than COV which has years of experience.
Imeo and Bruce enjoy a great relationship, the only thing you achieve here with your feeble attempts to badmouth COV is to show all of us that you have personal gains

I have been on the GG forum and the attitude of some of the members really disturb me at times.

On one hand you have the long time Golden Greek users and collectors and most seem quite level headed and genuine and there is a group of people that just seem to be a bit like spoiled children. These few are extreme fanboys and all is "DIsney" and the moment they dont get their way they start badmouthing and "threatening" all sorts of silly things. Not only to Bruce but Imeo at times

We forget the good things like the great customer service and how many times COV has come thru beyond standards. We all went thru the past first come first serve method of sales and whined about the same thing, site crashes, the flippers, etc. THen Imeo came up with the pre-sales, then it was whah wah, I want it now, its not fair, I missed out etc. I dont have enough time. Yes the first Ithaka sales were at a rough time, Christmas but people were freaking out about wanting it then, now, but .....

I hate the "lynch mob" attitude some get, Ban COV, drop Bruce , reminds me of the mad villagers in the Frankenstein films.
Im sure Bruce likes his business and it seems he would not purposely do things to anger the GG customers. But you all forget he is a person with a life and feelings, not some " Evil corporation" if this was your business would you like this attitude ? How fickle some of you are, would scare me.

THere are many great people here , many that have helped me so much, Im am so grateful, but really take a breath, there are far more important things in life.

Imeo I'm not interested in the fight between Apple and Samsung. Don't know nothing don't need to know nothing about the the fight. So, please stop bushing your competitors and those who make upgrades. Those who copy your hardware deal with them yourself I personally don't want to hear what they are why they are.
