Send COV an email and be about your business. This is the GG forum, and while COV is a vendor for GG, this is not the place to discuss your issues with COV.

i agree 100% black , but i will admit i do enjoy seeing the godfathers of the gg forums show up and deal a beat down. i know childish but admit it some of you like it too

Why do you think the godfathers or godmothers or whoever they are haven't shown up yet?
Even after three days there is no response to my personal problem.

Generally personal problems are best handled in a personal way, not an open forum. If you get no satisfaction that way, you have access to the negative reviews section of ecf where people who are interested in such stories know where to find them.

I think you really have to look at how you started this thread and why so many of us old schoolers might have looked down on your initial post. You might also want to look at how you might have broached it with COV and Bruce. It is possible that things might have been lost in translation. I'm not sure where you are from but I have seen comments that have appeared to be overly aggressive or misinterpreted due to a language barrier or a cultural issue.

I think out of all of this you should know that the members here typically go out of their way, sometimes to a fault, to help out anyone who is having a problem with anything. When it appears that someone from the group is being slammed we are of course going to come out in defense.

Rethink your original post and give us the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure we are willing to do with you if you agree to do the same.

I hope that you can read the good in this post.
