Thanks Caddyman, I don't at all mean to flame anyone and I know Bruce is a good guy and business man. I am just really frustrated as you can tell. COV is a good company with some great products. I hope to continue to do business with them for a long time.

^^ Ya im telling you man, i contacted him on saturday night i think about my issues with the wetbox and amazingly he was still up and active on his website(c.o.v) He then called me and we got everything ironed out, he specificaly told me he wanted to talk to his customers to make sure and clear up any problems. Just give the guy a chance, he may not respond as quick on here but he definitely will on his website if you submitt a ticket.

Thanks I did submit a ticket last week. He asked me to contact Missy to fix it but I just want to give up on Wetboxes at this point.

I understand you man, i know for sure that the wetbox will short out on me for some odd reason, I notice that if the bottle gets super low with juice, the damn thing will ultimately not work. But try to take out the metal backings where the batteries touch on both sides of the box, clean them off and try again, if your having the same trouble.

Bruce, I am sorry, I will ship it back tomorrow. Like I said in my other posts that I know your a good guy and a great business man. I misunderstood that because you were no longer selling them that I would have to just go to Missy. I big misunderstanding. Again I am very sorry for the confusion.

I have a couple of wetboxes. and have had very good luck with them, i hate to see Bruce give up selling them as they are a good product, but i guess he knows what he is doing,he is a good guy and always gives good service, if you want to get a wetbox, i would suggest you contact Missy, a member hers as she makes them, also the last time i looked Nhaler sells them, I recently got a Big Kazoo 5v box,from Kalamazoo, great box and the cleanest build plastic box i have ever seen, i wich they made bottomfeeders, as they would be a quality build as well...
