Cloudsofvaport BAD PRODUCT, NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Purchased Vision clearomizer from clouds, it came in damaged. it has shorted out my KGO battery.
Also ordered 2 Vivi nova 1 from clouds, Damaged my second battery because of too long connection at the buttom.
It has pushed my KGO batt lower, and can no longer establish connection.

I have emailed and called Cloudofvaport on several occasion in the last 8 days, they have never returned my call or responded to me in anyway.

Will never do business with them again, and i dont suggest fr anyone to purchase anything from their website.

I have sent all purchased items from them back to clouds, and will go to the bank to file a claim.

Replaced both the battery and the clearo.
Battery was replaced with a real joyetech battery.
I don't recommend the KGO since it's a copy and will short out...

You have not addressed the issue! Addressing the issue is not the same thing as picking a cheapest way to compensate a client. While you did send 650 mah batteries, they are not the same as Genuane KGO 1100 batteries!

I have spent my money on 1100 mah batteries from a reputable supplier (Hoosierecigs), because thats exactly what i need.
You have sent me 1 cheap 650 mah battery and clearomizer, thinking that will compensate for my 2 KGO's.
At the same time you are telling me, you dont have 1100 mah batteries to replace my KGO's that were damaged by the Chenese fake product you sell.
Well, take a look at your website, you do have 1000mah batteries that you could have replaced my 2 KGO's.
Why did you choose to send me cheap 650 mah batts?

It is not wise from your side to call a product fake if you have never seen it with your eyes!
It is not fair for you to bad mouth another supplier (Hoosierecig) and call their product fake, Just so you know, Hoosiers doesnt not have 1 negative feedback on this forum, UNLIKE YOU! Take a look at your feedback!
You should learn how to run a business and have as good CS as Hoosiers!

You clearly do not listen. I asked you not to send me anything, because i dont agree with you.
You sell fake chenese product, i dont except that type of product. You also bad mouth reputable supplyers accusing them selling fake product.
I wouldnt do any business with you nor suggest any one would!
