    A warning to all about ordering from Hyde Vapors in the UK. I've been having nothing but trouble with them. In February, I ordered a Vaperz Cloud VCP mech mod and it arrived in a timely manner, but it didn't work. I sent them a number of emails but they never responded. I sent emails to Vaperz Cloud who instructed me to disassemble the unit and clean it. That didn't work. There was nothing more that Vaperz Cloud could do, it being an older model it couldn't be replaced. When I left a bad review for Hyde Vapors, I finally got a response to my email to them and they agreed to a refund. I had to ship this thing back to the UK at my expense and it took 6-7 weeks to get there. Once I saw they had received it, I began emailing them about my refund, but they have yet to reply, even though I have sent 4 emails and have waited nearly 2 weeks. I'm giving them until Monday and then I'm contacting my credit card for a charge back. Again, don't do business with Hyde Vapors.​
