I am relatively new to this forum, at least no posts yet until now, and I wanted help/advice on what to do. I recently received a hana modz clone (cloupor) and after just a couple of days it began giving me issues. The up button, which still "works" and clicks does nothing because the internal portion of it seems to be stuck. As soon as I put a battery in it it jumps up to 30 watts and if I can lock it at the watts I want then it continuously shows the "power locked hold up down" message continuously. Any advice will greatly be appreciated.

Return it for an exchange. Cloupor warranties their mods for 30 days so if you've only had it a couple of days contact the seller and they shouldn't have any problem exchanging it for you.
