Cloupor mini, bs warnings and false battery displays

My cloupor mini was working fine in the morning, went home and put it on charge, noticed the pass through function didn't work, screen said check battery, replaced it with my spare, no change.

Now when plugged in it appears to fully charge in about a minute, no pass through, won't switch on when unplugged.

Any experience of this? Any ideas what to do before I start hassling the vendor?

try pull up on the negative spring thing; battery maybe is not making good contact at both ends

If you're using a mod with changeable batteries, charge the batteries with an external charger. Although a mod has pass through functions, it isn't recommended using the feature.

To make the mod lost longer, use an external charger.
