I have a 30W mini that has been great. I want to purchase the 50W but I find it disturbing that there has not been even one review to date. Isn't that really odd? I'm not concerned about the issues of the past. My mini has never even gotten warm on me. I think a few factors could have contributed to those issues. 1 I never charge an 18650 in the device and I pretend like the usb port isn't even there. 2 I use high quality batteries. Charging with a nitecore or something like that is super safe and IMO better for the batteries. In any case I think it's crazy manufacturers offer charging 18650's via usb.

GB lists 7 october as shipping date ... so they might not have arrived even to wholesalers. Big mini fan myself, rock solid device, my first was even from the 000002 batch, and even after numerous drops and almost exclusive use for 6 months, the connector is completely loose; So I started using my 2nd one. Currently have an ipv d2 for TC, but still using my 2nd mini. If reviews are good i am buying another cloupor

I WON one off here and have never used temp control. Would this thing fire a normal dual coil kanthal atty, All I have is the billow v2

Kloudz it has regular (Kanthal) and temperature control mode (Titanium, or Nickel). So yea you can vape how you usually do, but considering you will now have TC I recommend at least trying it out(with the proper wire, read up about it). Congratulations by the way! I won one too, and I'm eagerly awaiting it's arrival.

I won one too. I have the Big Brother Cloupor Gt 80 and am very happy with it. One of the smallest form factors of a dual 18650 APV.
I'm excited about the Mini plus because it will be a nice stealth vape device. The USB Charging port is also a very handy feature in a
one battery mod.
The Cloupor Mini Plus hasn't been released by the factory yet. That's the reason for no reviews.

I think Cloupor has a solid marketing strategy with the ECF forum giveaway. Imagine 100s of our forum users with these devices and if it's good device,
how many reviews will be posted, and how many individuals and vape shops might be influenced to buy them.

From what I've seen for the pre-orders the High $30s range is in a sweet spot for a 50 Watt TC Device.

Or a marketing flop if they behave like some of the early original Mini's did. I'm hoping this giveaway is Cloupor's way of showing us that they have tightened up their QC. I'm looking forward to shaking this mod down.

If my GT 80 is any indication then they have tight QC. They do have a design flaw with a rattly door but I used a fix to get around it. Interesting to see if they come up with a new battery door design.

It's strange they are playing their cards so close and I don't think they've sent it to a single reviewer. But it may be that they only want the final version being reviewed. I've seen instances where reviewers have given negatives on pre-release versions and the problems were fixed in the final production, but the taint remained.

At $36.00 on the Chinese sites. 50 Watts TC they've really hit an outstanding performance/price point.

I won mine in the giveaway but I could imagine buying one as a stealth device if the reviews come in positive. Specially since I like my GT 80

Won one, too!

What would be a good battery for this device?

I was looking here: ORBTRONIC
Congrats! I've been running a couple of the Orbotronic SX30's for over six months now, in my ProVari's and REO's. They are a pretty decent battery but I switched to the Samsung 25R's a while back. If my button tops don't fit in it I'll just order a couple Sammy flat tops, mine are all buttons...
